About Calroy Williams

Calroy Williams

With 20 years of professional experience. Calroy has an extensive background in sports, weight lifting, and fitness, with hands-on experience in sports such as boxing, Taekwondo, BodyBuilding, and so on. His passion for these disciplines has led him to become a qualified trainer and mentor, specialising in strength and conditioning. Furthermore, Calroy is now including crime prevention in his toolbox.

As a result, he is working within the community, trying to uplift and engage the youth by implementing fitness goals and providing a mentor to look up to. His aim is to teach discipline, focus, and purpose to young individuals, helping them stay away from negative influences and gang involvement. Through his work, Calroy is trying to make a difference, guiding the next generation towards better.

Coming from a rough background, Calroy knows all too well the challenges and pressures of growing up in a rough environment. He’s been through it firsthand and understands the struggles of being surrounded by the wrong crowd. Because of this, he is deeply committed to making sure that others don't follow or face the path he did. His goal is to help others avoid those struggles and find a better and more positive way forward. That's why Calroy is very proud and passionate about what he is doing!
